We are seeking a Store Manager who has a hospitality focus, people management expertise and a passion for serving who can help us share our love of good coffee and food.
Applicant must have:
- Previous hospitality experience
- At least 2 years in management or leadership role
- Effective leadership and people management skills to strengthen your team
- Daytime/Full time availability
Our Manager is responsible for positioning the cafe and upholding its reputation as leader in delivering a holistic offering. The Manager will plan and direct all restaurant operations while maintaining high standards of coffee and food, service, health and safety, and cafe atmosphere.
- Leading the team to successful development and execution in day to day tasks
- Living out Drift culture and values
- Maintain and exceed excellent customer service through you and your team
- Administrative tasks including scheduling, cash handling, food ordering, payroll
- Inventory management
- Overall responsibility for store cleanliness and maintenance including a safe work environment for our guest and staff
The ability to work in a fast paced dynamic team environment, multitask, and communicate effectively are all essential.
